Town days, fairs, a cultural summer programme, village feasts, Christmas markets. Local authorities organise events where the whole town should come together and where the programme competes for attention with fairground rides and stalls. Safety in crowds and around children

At a public event, safety is the first question the organiser asks. The answer is simple: the robot never works alone. The operator is with it the whole time, controls its movement and decides when and how people can come closer. The humanoid works on stage or in a designated area of about 3 × 3 metres, where people come to it, not the other way round. The robot dog moves slowly in a crowd and does its tricks in a marked-off area.

With children, the operator stands right next to the robot. Photos and handshakes happen one at a time, at a pace the operator sets. In dry weather, the robot works on paving, on stage and on grass, but not in the rain or on wet surfaces, so we always agree a covered alternative location in advance. What the town or municipality needs to prepare

Preparation is simple and can be handled by the culture department or the event organiser.

• The event programme with the times the robot should perform
• A flat, dry area of about 3 × 3 metres on stage or on the square
• A standard socket for charging batteries in the backstage area
• A covered alternative location in case of rain
• A contact person for the town who knows the programme and coordinates on site
• The town or event logo, if the robot is to carry a banner

Within 24 hours we send a quote with one price that covers the robot, operator, script, transport, branding by agreement and spare batteries. The quote itemises everything, so you can use it as a basis for internal approval. We invoice as Montari s. r. o. with a proper invoice.

Robot hire starts from 1 000 € per day with an operator for multi-day rentals, excluding VAT. One-day events, the script and transport are priced in the quote.
