What robot hire means with us

On the agreed day, a real humanoid robot or robot dog arrives together with the operator who controls it. It is not a mascot in a costume or an animation on a screen. The robot walks among guests, shakes hands, dances, poses for photos and performs at exactly the point in the programme you choose.

We hire out robots for one-day events and for several days. MONTARI or ORYX goes to events, NOVA with full SDK access goes to development and testing. One rule applies: the robot never works alone. An operator is part of every deployment and handles movement, the programme and safety.

Which robots we have for hire

The fleet has three robots and each has a different job. When you enquire, we will advise which one suits your format, or combine them. You will find details on the fleet page.

MONTARI (Unitree G1): humanoid robot for events. It dances, shakes hands, poses and holds the attention of the whole room.
ORYX (Unitree Go2): robot dog for indoor and outdoor use. It runs, jumps, carries a branded banner and works where a humanoid cannot.
NOVA (Unitree G1 EDU): development platform for long-term rental to companies, universities and research teams.

How much robot hire costs

Robot hire starts from 1 000 € per day with an operator for multi-day rentals, excluding VAT. One-day events, the script and transport are priced in the quote. The price also depends on branding, location, transport and the combination of robots. A refundable deposit is charged with the rental.

How robot hire works

You send us the type of event, the date and the venue. Within 24 hours you have a quote. After confirmation we prepare the script, interactions and branding. On the day, we arrive about an hour before the first appearance, unpack the robot, check the space and run the programme to the agreed times.

The robot needs a flat, dry area of about 3 × 3 metres, a standard socket for charging and a contact person who knows the programme. The humanoid's battery lasts about two hours of active operation, then the operator swaps it for a charged one. Full-day deployments are planned in blocks with breaks. Outdoors, the robot works only in dry weather.

Is an operator included in robot hire?

Yes, always. We do not hire out a robot for events with an operator. The operator handles transport, installation, operation, battery swaps and safety around guests.

How far in advance should I book a robot?

Ideally four to six weeks ahead, especially in the spring trade fair season and in December during corporate parties. If the date is free, we can come within a week.

Can I hire a robot without an event, for example for testing?

Yes. NOVA (Unitree G1 EDU) is available for long-term rental with full SDK access for development, testing and research. NOVA hire starts from 1 500 € per day with an operator for multi-day rentals, excluding VAT.

Do you also come outside the big cities?

Yes. The robot travels anywhere in Slovakia, and transport is an item in the quote. For events far from Bratislava, we recommend combining the date with another event in the region so transport works out cheaper.
