How robot hire in the Czech Republic works

We are Montari s. r. o., a Slovak company based in Bratislava. We travel to the Czech Republic by agreement, so every event is planned individually around the distance, the start of the programme and the number of days. The robot is never sent by courier. A trained operator drives it in a transport case, unpacks and prepares it on site and controls it for the whole event.

We coordinate in English, so international companies, agencies and expat teams can brief us directly. Czech colleagues can also talk to us in Slovak, which they understand without an interpreter. The robot's spoken lines are prepared in advance in the language of your event. The invoice is issued by Montari s. r. o., an EU company registered in Slovakia, with prices in euros excluding VAT.

The process is simple. Send us the type of event, the date, the city and a rough programme. Within 24 hours we send a quote that includes transport. Once you confirm, we prepare the script, interactions and any branding, and agree the arrival time and technical conditions at the venue. On the day we arrive early, unpack the robot, check the floor and walk through the programme with your contact person.

Travel times from Bratislava

Times are approximate, apply to travel by car and depend on traffic and the exact venue. We use them to decide whether the operator arrives on the day or the evening before.

Which robot for which event

Most Czech events need one of our two event robots. For a larger format with both indoor and outdoor programme, we can bring both.

• MONTARI (Unitree G1): humanoid robot for a trade fair, a conference, a corporate event or a product launch. It shakes hands, dances, poses and draws the attention of the whole room.

Price and transport to the Czech Republic

Robot hire starts from 1 000 € per day with an operator for multi-day hire, excluding VAT. Single-day events, the script and transport are priced in the quote. Transport from Bratislava and back, the operator's travel time and any overnight stay are listed separately in the quote, so you can see exactly what the price is made of.

The biggest saving comes from combining dates. A multi-day trade fair, two events in one region on consecutive days or a stop in Brno on the way to Prague mean the journey is paid only once.

A refundable deposit is charged with the hire. A branded banner or accessories in your brand colours can be prepared by agreement, and their cost is stated in the quote in advance.

What we need at the venue

The technical requirements are the same in every city. We send them in advance with a short technical rider for your production team or agency.

• A clean, flat and dry floor area of about 3 × 3 metres
• A standard 230 V socket for charging batteries
• Parking or a loading point near the entrance, as the robot is carried in its case
• A contact person who knows the programme and performance times
• For outdoor events, a covered area, as the humanoid does not perform in the rain

When to enquire

Ideally four to six weeks ahead. For Prague, Ostrava and the spring trade fair season we recommend enquiring even earlier, because we also plan the journey and accommodation. The humanoid's battery lasts about two hours of active use, after which the operator swaps it. A full-day programme is therefore split into blocks, and we propose them in the quote we send within 24 hours.
