From Bratislava to Austria: closer than you think

We are based in Bratislava. Vienna is about an hour's drive away, closer than many regions of Slovakia. Graz takes around 2.5 hours and Linz about 3 hours. An Austrian booking is therefore not an expedition for us, but a trip we can plan precisely.

The robot travels by car in its transport case, together with the operator who controls it for the entire event. There is no freight shipment and no hand-over to unfamiliar staff. The person who packs the robot is the one who brings it on stage.

For you as the organiser, that means one contact, one quote and a team that knows the robot. You do not have to arrange any technology on site or train anyone.

How we plan an event in Austria

The process is the same as at home, only the journey is included from the start.

• You send us the date, venue, type of event and the slot in the programme you have in mind.
• We check availability and send a quote that already includes transport and the operator's travel.
• We prepare the script, interactions and spoken lines. The robot's spoken lines are prepared in advance in the language of your event. Coordination with our team is possible in English.
• On the day we arrive in good time, unpack, check the floor area and go through the programme with your contact person.
• At multi-day trade fairs or congresses, the robot stays on site in a lockable room and the operator attends the agreed blocks.

Which robot for which event

For congresses, company celebrations, product presentations and a trade fair stand we recommend the humanoid MONTARI (Unitree G1). It greets guests, shakes hands, dances, poses for photos and appears at exactly the agreed moment in the programme.

For outdoor areas, promotion on public squares and large exhibition spaces, the robot dog ORYX (Unitree Go2) is the right choice. It copes with paving and grass and can carry a branded banner. At larger events we deploy both.

What the venue needs to provide

The humanoid needs a clean, flat area of about 3 × 3 metres, a standard power socket and a contact person who knows the running order. Thin carpet is fine, thick soft carpet is not. Outdoors, the humanoid works only in dry weather and cannot be used in the rain.

A battery lasts about two hours of active use. The operator swaps it for a charged one, so full-day bookings are planned in blocks with short breaks.

Price and invoicing

Hire starts from 1 000 € per day with an operator for multi-day hire, excluding VAT. Single-day events, the script and transport are priced in the quote. Transport and the operator's travel to Austria are itemised in the quote, with no extras added later.

If you have several dates in Austria, such as a trade fair and a client event in the same week, we combine them into one trip. That saves travel and therefore cost. The invoice is issued by Montari s. r. o., a Slovak company registered in the EU.
