What it looks like live.

Real photos from corporate parties and gala evenings.

A question to start

Do you remember what happened at last year's party?

Most people do not. A band, dinner, a raffle, the same as the year before. All it takes is one moment nobody expects, and people talk about the party all through January. A humanoid robot is exactly that moment.

Christmas party ideas with a robot.

Pick one idea or build a whole evening out of them. We tailor each one to your company.

01

Surprise of the evening

Nobody knows it is coming. The lights dim, the music starts and a robot in a Santa hat walks onto the stage. The whole room will be filming that entrance.

02

Robot Santa

The robot hands out gifts, the awards of the year or the raffle prizes. Every handover is a photo the recipient keeps.

03

A greeting from management

A Christmas thank-you to your staff, recorded in advance and delivered on stage by the robot. Even the people who usually stare at their phones listen to this speech.

04

Dance challenge

The robot performs a short choreography and challenges the managing director to a dance-off. This is the video that gets passed around.

05

Raffle draw

The robot picks the tickets and calls out the numbers. An ordinary raffle becomes a show, and nobody slips off to the bar.

06

Christmas photo wall

A photo wall with the robot and Christmas decorations. Every department wants a photo with the robot.

07

Christmas video for clients

Film a short Christmas greeting with the robot for your clients and social media. The robot in a hat with your logo and a few words.

08

Robot in your company colours

A scarf, a T-shirt or a logo on the chest. The robot is part of your brand all evening, and your logo is in every photo.

What an evening with the robot looks like.

We adapt the programme to your party, the venue and the number of guests. This is how we put it together most often.

Welcome at the door

The robot in a Santa hat or a company scarf welcomes guests, waves and poses for the first photos.

Opening the evening

The robot walks onto the stage, thanks everyone for the year and hands over to management. We prepare the lines in advance.

Awards and gifts

The robot presents the awards of the year or hands out the raffle gifts. Every handover is a photo to keep.

The robot opens the dance floor

A short choreography to a Christmas song, then it invites the managing director or a guest to dance.

Photos at the tables

The robot moves between the tables, shakes hands and poses for photos. Then it says goodbye and the party carries on.

Preparing the robot

How we prepare the robot for your party.

The robot does not arrive as a stranger. It arrives as a colleague who knows your company, your names and your jokes.

  1. 01

    Your logo on the robot

A scarf, a T-shirt or a logo on the chest. Every photo from the evening shows your brand, not ours.

  2. 02

We teach it about your company

What you do, how you started, what went well this year. The robot talks about you like a colleague, not a visitor.

  3. 03

    Inside jokes and catchphrases

Send us what gets said in your meetings and in the office kitchen. The robot says it at the right moment and the room laughs.

  4. 04

    A persona of your choice

Santa, a gentleman in a suit, a host or a dancer. The persona sets the costume, the voice and the way it speaks.

  5. 05

    Names and greetings

It greets award winners, colleagues celebrating milestones and new starters by name. We rehearse the pronunciation in advance.

  6. 06

    Your song, your dance

We create the choreography to a song you choose. Even your department's unofficial anthem.

  7. 07

    A minute-by-minute script

Together with your coordinator we agree when the robot comes in, what it says and when it steps back. Nothing about the evening is improvised.

  8. 08

    A rehearsal before the evening

Before the event we walk through the venue, the sound and the robot's route. By the time guests arrive, everything has been tested.

You approve everything the robot says in advance.

I want a tailored robot

No worries

You book the robot. We take care of the rest.

  • The operator stays with the robot all evening

Our person arrives with it, stays with it until the end and leaves with it. Neither you nor your people have to control anything.

  • The robot is always under control

The operator holds the controller the whole time and can stop the robot at any moment. The robot never moves around the room on its own.

  • Delivery, set-up and collection

We bring the robot, set it up and take it away after the event. You do not need a technician or to install anything.

Your only job is to pick the date. The rest is up to us.

I want a December date

Frequently asked questions.

Did not find your answer? Write to us and we will reply within 24 hours.

When should we book the robot for December?

The sooner, the better. Fridays and Saturdays in the second half of December are the first to go. Send us your date and we will tell you straight away whether it is free.

How long does the robot stay at the party?

Usually two to four hours. We spread the programme over several appearances during the evening and charge the robot in between.

Can the robot handle a party for 300 people?

Yes. For large events we recommend combining appearances on stage with walks between the tables, or two robots, so that it reaches everyone.

Can the robot wear a Christmas costume or our logo?

Yes. A hat, a scarf, a T-shirt or a logo on the chest are all common. We prepare the branding from your artwork.

The party is in a restaurant with little space. Will it work?

Yes. For dancing the robot needs about three by three metres; for welcoming guests and photos, the usual space by the entrance is enough. We adapt the programme to the venue.

How much does it cost?

We price each party individually, based on the venue, the length and the programme. The operator is always included. We send the quote within 24 hours.
