An event with an operator: a complete turnkey service

For an event the price depends above all on the length of the event. The longer you hire the robot, the better the daily rate, since the costs of preparation and logistics are spread over more days. The rate from 1 000 € per day applies to a multi-day rental, a single-day event is priced according to the quote. You will appreciate this mode if you have a technical team in your company, or a school that wants to try the robot out without full event production. The operator remains part of the hire here as well, because they take care of transport, setup, operation and safety, so your team can devote itself to the testing itself.

What affects the final price

Besides the robot model and the number of days, several other factors enter into the price. The refundable deposit

Every rental comes with a refundable deposit, which serves as security for the entrusted equipment. Its amount is not a flat rate, it is determined by the length of the rental, the way it is used and the delivery location. Once the robot is returned in good order, we refund the deposit in full, it is a standard and fair mechanism when renting expensive technology.
