For us, Vienna is closer than most Slovak cities. We set off in the morning and are on site with the robot by mid-morning. A one-day event usually needs no overnight stay, which keeps travel costs in the quote low.

Exhibition and congress centres, hotels, showrooms

Whether it is a large hall in an exhibition and congress centre, a hotel ballroom or a showroom for twenty guests, what matters is a clean, flat area of about 3 × 3 metres. Thin carpet works, thick carpet does not. From a photo of the space we can tell you in advance whether it fits.

For delivery we need parking near the entrance or a loading zone. In congress centres and hotels this usually means the service entrance, which your contact person tells us about in advance.

How the day runs on site

We arrive about an hour before the first appearance, take the robot out of its transport case, check the floor and go through the programme with you. The robot's spoken lines are prepared in advance in the language of your event. Coordination with our team is possible in English.

The humanoid's battery lasts around two hours of active use. The operator swaps it between blocks, so a full congress day is covered. At multi-day events the robot stays overnight in a lockable room at the venue.

Price and services in Vienna

Tips for agencies and organisers

Plan the robot as a fixed item in the programme, not as background entertainment. A five to ten minute appearance at the opening, an on-stage hand-over and then a block as a photo point make a stronger impression than a robot standing in the background all evening.
