Robot hire in Bratislava, Košice and across Slovakia

The most common question before an enquiry is: will you come to us as well? Yes. We bring our robots anywhere in Slovakia, from Bratislava to Michalovce, and by agreement also to Czechia and Austria. Here is how a rental outside the capital works, what transport costs and what to keep in mind when choosing a date.
Where the robot works
We regularly work in Bratislava, Trnava, Nitra, Trenčín, Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Prešov and Košice. That is not a list of towns where we have branches, but a list of towns where we have already stood at an event with the robot. The robot travels by car together with the operator, so distance is not an obstacle, just an item in the quote.
Bratislava and the surrounding area
Most events take place in Bratislava: conferences, corporate parties, store openings and trade fairs at Incheba. Transport within Bratislava is included in the price, and we plan to arrive on site an hour before the first appearance.
Košice and eastern Slovakia
Košice is the second most frequent city. Technology companies, universities and shopping centres here already know the robot. For an event in the eastern Slovak region we combine the trip with other dates, so transport tends to be cheaper if the date can be moved by a day.
Žilina, Nitra, Banská Bystrica, Trnava, Trenčín, Prešov
We cover central and western Slovakia from Bratislava within a single day. We travel to Prešov and the Zemplín region via Košice. Anywhere in Slovakia we can be on site within a few hours of setting off.
What we need on site
- A flat, dry area of about three by three metres for the choreography.
- A standard socket for charging the batteries.
- A parking space for the car close to the entrance, as the robot is carried in a transport case.
- A contact person who knows the event programme.
Dates and booking
Ideally four to six weeks in advance. In the high season, that is in spring during trade fairs and in December during corporate parties, we recommend booking earlier. If a date is free, we can also come within a week.
Price and transport
Robot hire starts from 1 000 € per day with an operator for a multi-day rental, excluding VAT. A one-day event and the scenario are priced according to the programme, and a refundable deposit is charged with the rental. Transport outside Bratislava is calculated by distance, and for an event far from Bratislava or Košice the operator's accommodation is added as well. Everything is in one quote, no hidden items.
