What the robot does at a sports event

The humanoid MONTARI appears at the opening ceremony, as the teams walk out or during the break in the match. It dances, poses with the mascot, shakes hands with the captains or symbolically throws in the ball. In the fan zone it works as a permanent spot where fans take photos and film.

The robot dog ORYX handles tartan, artificial turf and the concrete area in front of the stadium. It suits escorting the teams on arrival, presenting the tournament partner or serving as an attraction at a children's sports day.

Why it works in sport

Spectators come for the match, not for promotion. The robot is one of the few promotional solutions that really stops them. A fan in the fan zone films a video with the robot themselves, shares it and gives visibility to the event and to the partner whose logo the robot carries.

For clubs and organisers it is an argument in negotiations with sponsors. The partner gets a physical activation with visible reach, not just a logo on the boards. For a sponsor a humanoid in its colours is more memorable than another banner.

The robot also works across ages. Children at the tournament, parents in the stands and adult fans all find their way to it without any explanation.

Where and when the robot fits

We plan outdoor events only in dry weather. At a summer tournament we prepare a covered spot for the robot where it works even during a short shower and charges in the shade.

How the rental works

We deliver, set up and operate the robot. The operator is on site the whole time, controls the movement, communicates with the organiser and keeps a safe distance from spectators. We time the appearance on the pitch precisely according to the event script.

The humanoid's battery lasts approximately two hours of active operation, after which the operator swaps it for a charged one. We therefore plan an all-day fan zone in blocks. The robot needs a flat area of approximately 3 × 3 metres, with no stairs. Rain and a wet surface rule out outdoor deployment, in which case we move into the arena or under a roof.

We price every event individually by venue, length and programme and send the offer within 24 hours. The operator is always included.

What to prepare
