The right part, not just the same number.
Automation spare parts are not ordinary consumables. A PLC module with a different firmware version, a sensor with a different switching output or a drive without the correct parameters can stop a line just as reliably as a faulty part. That is why we do not just supply parts, we check technically whether they will work in your application. A wrongly ordered part means more days of downtime, so before delivery we check the type, version and settings.
We supply parts for robots, PLCs and control systems, drives and variable speed drives, sensors, grippers, safety devices, vision systems, work lighting, cables, cable trays and control panels. We work with the brands common in Slovak and Czech plants, and for obsolete types we propose a replacement, including changes to the program or wiring. We source parts from proven manufacturers and check for each one whether it is still active on the market or approaching the end of production.
Behind the supply is an engineering team that has been designing, commissioning and servicing automation since 1993. When needed, we also fit, set up and commission the part. For critical equipment we recommend which parts to keep in stock at the plant, so you do not wait for a delivery from the manufacturer when a fault occurs. On request we prepare a list of parts the manufacturer is ending support for and a plan to replace them gradually before they become a problem.

Where can I get spare parts for PLCs that are no longer made?
Discontinued modules can often still be sourced from verified stock or as refurbished units. If not, we propose a replacement with a current type and modify the program or wiring so the machine works the same way. With a larger number of obsolete parts, it is worth considering a controls retrofit.
How quickly can you deliver a part?
It depends on the type and the manufacturer's availability. Standard sensors and components are usually available quickly; special robot parts or discontinued modules may take longer. We always confirm the lead time in the quote, and for an urgent breakdown we also look for alternative sources.
What do you need to identify a part?
Ideally a photo of the rating plate with the order number, or the firmware version and the machine name. If the plate is missing, documentation or a photo of the wiring helps. An engineer identifies the part and checks that it fits your application.
Do you also supply parts for KUKA, ABB and Fanuc robots?
Yes, we supply parts for ABB, Fanuc, Kawasaki, KUKA, Omron, Mitsubishi and Toshiba robots. We can also replace and set them up and verify the robot program after the replacement.
Can you also fit and set up the part?
Yes. For drives, PLCs, robots and safety devices we recommend replacement by our engineer, because after the swap the correct parameters, addresses or verification of safety functions are needed. We offer fitting and set-up in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Which spare parts should we keep in stock at the plant?
Those whose failure stops the line and which have a long lead time. Typically PLC modules, drives for critical axes, special sensors and safety devices. We prepare the list after inspecting your equipment.
