Electronics manufacturing automation differs from mechanical engineering mainly in inspection. Windings, rotors, cables and electronic assemblies cannot be judged by eye; they have to be measured. End-of-line testing is therefore as much a part of production as assembly, and its result must be stored and traceable to the serial number. With thousands of parts per shift, that means automatic measurement, clear OK and NOK criteria and statistics that show the process engineer when the process starts to drift.
Our engineering team designs and supplies control systems for production units making cable conductors and electrical equipment, systems for monitoring and evaluating OEE and production quality, and a maintenance information system. For example, we delivered automatic measurement and evaluation of the induced voltage waveform of rotors. The unmanned station measures and evaluates a rotor in no more than six seconds, communicates with the line PLC and archives the measured waveforms and statistics. An authorised user can set the tolerances, shift patterns and application language in the configuration themselves.
We have our own electronics development department, so we can also design a measurement box, interface or communication module that cannot be bought off the shelf. For electrical manufacturers in Slovakia and the Czech Republic we also provide vision inspection, error-proofing and traceability. Every station is delivered with documentation and training for process engineers and maintenance, so they can operate it without our help.

What does electronics manufacturing automation involve?
Control of production units, automatic testing and measurement of products, vision inspection, traceability and collection of production and maintenance data. We deliver complete stations as well as add-ons to existing lines.
Can you design a bespoke test station?
Yes. We design the measurement, the measurement interface, evaluation software with tolerances for each product type and communication with the line PLC. We archive the results and evaluate them statistically.
How are test results linked to production?
The station receives the product type and a start signal from the PLC and, after measuring, returns an OK or NOK result. It stores the waveforms and values in a database against the serial number, so they are available for audits and complaints.
Can OEE be tracked on older machines too?
Yes. We add state sensing and part counting or read data from the control system. You then see OEE, downtime and faults online for every line.
How much does an automatic test station cost?
It depends on the number of parameters measured, the required accuracy, the cycle time and the mechanics that load the product for measurement. Adding measurement to an existing machine is usually a smaller investment than a new station. We give a fixed price after the technical concept.
Do you provide service and spare parts?
Yes. We service PLCs, drives, HMIs, cameras and robots, offer 24/7 contract service and supply spare parts, including sensors and measurement components.
